On April 3rd, MGN Public School Kapurthala joyously commemorated World Health Day, embracing the theme '

MY HEALTH MY RIGHT'.

Our students came together to promote the importance of good health and well-being through various engaging activities, workshops and discussions. From these informative sessions on nutrition and fitness to mindfulness exercises and health screenings, it was the day filled with learning and vigour.
